I used foam in the upper parts of the front and side doors and in the reinforcing beams on the side door. It is not the 'be-all-end-all' but it helps reduce the tinny sound of the panels. As tempting a target as it may be DO NOT fill the lower portions of the doors with this stuff you'll foul up the ventilation system and clog the little drains in the bottom of the doors. When I did my doors there was basically one type of foam readily available. Were I to do it again today I'd use the newer minimal expanding foam -- I think some of this stuff is water clean up as well.
