Any ideas on adjusting newly installed rear brake shoes. Bentley says to
adjust shoe outer diameter to 9.87 inches.

Lets say I don't have that capability. Any ideas?

How about installing the brakes and the drum then tightening the shoes up
till the drum won't turn then backing off on the adjuster. Would 5 be good?
Or 7? Or 10?

A slight drag? No drag?

Any ideas appreciated.
