I owned a 2CV6 in the UK as a teenager.  Great car!  Good for 67 mph flat
out.  Don't have to slow down much around corners due to the big thin wheels
and awesome suspension.  Having driven both, I know the 2CV (602cc at least)
would out accelerate a diesel vanagon.
