Yep, my choice too. Easy to repair lots of legos around ;o)

But perhaps a Hispano Suiza, a Tipo 61 Maserati, a 250 LM Ferrari, a schwimmwagen, a 250 "Lusso" Ferrari, a Typ 503 BMW, or an M1, bugatti Royale but they're just dreams.

Other lustworthy rides Poorshe 904, Cobra Daytona Coupe, Corvette Gran Sport, Paddy Hopkirk Mini Cooper Factory ride, Lotus Elite, lamborghini Miura, UrQuattro Sport, MB 300 SLR, Ford GT40 ex Gurney with the bump on top, these can be had but at a terrific markup.

Howabout a 240HP syncro westie from 1989 with zero miles. Now there's a catch. (pun intended).

Couldn't cost more than ~34K$. But hey, we're dreamin' here. Or maybe not.

I'll post some interesting pix along these lines on the groups.yahoo vanagon list.

pensioner (he of bent brain and thin pocketbook)

PS Except for the Royale, the Hispano Suiza, and maybe the typ 503, all those rides aren't THAT old to me (or to Joel if I recall).
