Alan, Your '83 will have a Digijet FI system. The best deal going on the fuel leak is to get the fuel line replacement kit from Ken Wilford at vanagain.com. It'll cost you a little more than $50 but it comes with enough hose and clamps to do everything from the tranny back. If you have fuel leaking in one location you are likely to have more leaks real soon unless the resulting fire burns everything up. While you are ordering the fuel lines from Ken get a set of injector seals as well. It is easier to install the lines between the injectors and the rails of the van. The seals are cheap so you may as well do them too. Please do not drive the van until the leaks are fixed.
