I posted earlier today that my H water plastic piece in my '85 broke.  I
found a new replacement at the local dealer despite being told that it was
NLA, both on the list and by the junkyard - which wanted $75 for a used one
that they didn't have.


I got my old one out and what broke is the little pipe which comes out under
the bleed valve.  My mechanic buddy says he knows of nothing which will glue
it together but it might be possible to heat a metal tube and sweg [sp?} it
in place.


Anyone needs this H fitting and can't get it, and would like to try the fix
it's yours for the shipping.  I'm in Sacramento, CA.  It's for a manual
transmission van by the way.
