So...am I correct in thinking that the fog light switch generally
goes in the lower or bottom position? I haven't seen one installed
but seem to recall some mention of this sometime in the past...

I hooked up all wiring at my kitchen table before I installed it on the
Van. The switch and relay I used accommodate a two position function with
Fog light in one position and Driving High Power in the second position.
Its pretty fuzzy to get wired through the relay but they work nice.
