Subject: TIICO: cruise control/parts

Listers,

I am ready to begin working on adapting my '88's cruise control system to the new tiico engine. Before I begin I need to find a part that couples the throttle control actuator to the throttle.

On the stock Vanagon the actuator is attached to the throttle via a slimline ball joint. I need to locate one of these ball joints before I can start. Anyone out there have an old throttle body or actuator they can sell the ball joint from?

BTW: I have the following parts for sale from a 2.1L engine

Coolant reservoir Engine Mounts Exhaust system including collector and straight pipe ECU AFM Water pump (replaced last July)

If interested send me an email.

Noel '88 GL tiico
