Here is my $0.02:

Vredestein Transport Steel. Rated for the van (LI of 109!). Ride excellent. Some noise at expressway speeds. Kinda Pricy! Oh yeah, I have them mounted on factory stock alloys for the vanagon. Dunno if they fit the stock steel wheels.
