I don't see here where you siliconed the corrugated tubes into the head fitting and/or siliconed the vent assembly to the side of the van (coupled with making sure that everything is lined up just about perfect before assembling -- any significant stress will distort the van wall and cause leaks.

Also the drain fitting has to be sealed tight.

I'm pretty sure your problem is a leak somewhere in the sealed combustion system.
