Thanks for all the replies on my roof rack dilemma. For the record, the 9 replies were broken down as follows: 4 – had drilled theirs recently/a while ago/years ago, no problems and love it – go for it 2 – suggested the tall foot racks from Yakima and/or Thule 2 – still trying to decide what to do 1 - suggested switching to foldable kayaks (thanks Barry :-)) Wonder if the drilling impacts the resale value at all; not that I’m planning to sell…
