Hi, My '87 Westy has a bouncy tach needle and I'm looking for ideas of what to check or what it might be please. I've followed and checked as many wires and connections as I can and things look fine to me. But maybe I'm missing something or just seeing what I wanna see ya know :) It doesn't do it all the time. It bounces when I go over bumps or jar the van in some way. It doesn't drop to zero and there is no stutter or hesitation in the motor. It just drops like <= 1K down and then pops back up. Any ideas of where or what I can check? Thanks, j
