I just did my drivers door window. It sounds like the upper guide on the regulator is broken. That would allow you to lower the window but there would not but anything to pull against to raise it. A bently manual is helpful here. The door comes off, the plastic water shhets come off, the motor regulator is dismounted then manuvered through a hole in the door. this involves rotation of the part while being careful not to break the plastic parts of the regulator. I was able to fix the broken fasteners on the regulator and get it working again. It is time consuming and there are some things I found in my job. If you feel compelled to try I can give you a more detailed description. Bob |
