Thanks for all of the comments and suggestions on my power steering leak--I bought fluid and filled it back up yesterday, then went to a concert. Came out to the parking lot afterward and all of that fluid I'd just bought was all over the ground. I went ahead and took the belt off, and I figure I'll run it like this until I can get another rack in a couple of months. It is difficult to parallel park, but I could use the exercise! Am I imagining things, or is there a slight gain in engine power without it? thanks, Joe T. When I topped it up w/ PS fluid, she worked just fine until the fluid ran out again. Got myself a good used rack for $125. Popped it in my driveway in a couple of hours. I know ti would have been much easier if the thing was jacked up. Had the thing aligned and I was done. Well worth the effort IMHO. No pun intended.
