On high beams any headlight is blinding; these will be somewhat more so.

They are more powerful than standard, and they're painted blue to appeal to the rice-boy set. I'm sure they're not street-legal because they're too powerful, but the xenon-krypton stuff is just market-speak about how modern headlamps are made. You might as well outlaw efficiency... <g> david
