There is a small section in my webpages with some for sale. You can find it at: http://hometown.aol.com/bentbtstr8/myhomepagesale.html AOL hometown is down this morning but should be up and about soon. Speaking of diesel, I have a 16" Syncro double cab powered with a stock but a bit tired 1.6 liter turbodiesel. I can't remember the gear ratio but it's whatever the lowest available. With very tall 16" tires, I can easily manage 70 mph on the freeway. That is until I run into anything remotely resembling a grade. Then I am at a leisurely 55mph. A big hill keeps me under 45mph. Keep in mind that this engine is very tired. Still lots of torque for offroad though. BenT Vanagon Cafe |
