Re: Use CV-joint grease -- it's very special (nasty) stuff loaded with lead. LEAD = Graphite Its just plain old vanilla stuff. The only thing you got to worry about is putting in so much that it winds up tearing your CV boots from centrifugal forces at highway speeds. They say 3 oz. Pack the cups in the drive hubs and fill the joint ------- the grease will find its proper point of it isn't too thick. Stan Wilder
