My starter is new [as is the engine] and it has the hesitation just before
it turns thing going on.  I'm thinking connections might need a little
cleaning even though they should all be good as they have all been done or
redone in the past 3 months.

What does the list think?  [Assuming the list thinks which is a different
question]
