The colored tab inserts that are used on hanging file folders are large enough to cover the windows on the cluster lights. Just cut them to size and choose, red, blue, green, yellow, pink etc. Different brands of the inserts will have other shades of the same colors. To tone down or diffuse the light you can scuff the colored insert with light sand paper (400 grit).
