I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 600-a4 amp under the passenger seat taking advantage of the short battery cable concetions.

When you speak of 800 watts, are you talking about peak power or RMS power? My amp is a 75RMS wattsx4 and it will rock the house and likely fry the 5x7's and 6x9"s.

I'm in the process of Dynamatting the bulk of the van and adding some homemade carbon fiber stiffeners behind the panels where the speakers go. Hope it all fits in the front doors. I currently let the chip amp in the Sony head unit drive the 4 CX4 Boston Acoustics speakers in the OE holes and have a pair of Focal 165H's in the door panel and 2 8" punch woofers in their own homemade boxes under the back seat. Can't imagine wanting any more bass than this. Yes, it sounds like the performers are travelling with you!!
