I went to the local TAP plastics and had them cut the shims for me out of the strongest plastic they had. You want something that will have some give - not rigid plastic or you risk splitting the plastic. I used 1/4" for the rear. Shim at the top. The rears are easy - the fronts more difficult. I have the measurements around somewhere as far as diameter let me know if you want me to dig them up.

One last thing, the rears need to be doughnut shaped so the bump-stop can go through them.
