I mentioned Todd's comments on the list yesterday. He had the springs on a Westy which are substantially heavier than what the H & R springs were designed for. The spring do promote the rake exhibited by Todd's Westy. But it does not sit as low as his does.

In addition to that, he had 14" Carat alloys with tall but bouncy tires. I have 15" alloys with 60 series tires inflated at 40 lbs on my bus.
