Sounds like you've got a brake pad dragging. Can be caused by bad wheel bearings, warped rotor or brake callipers that are not returning to neutral position properly. Its a look see situation where you're going to need to pull the front wheel and spin the rotor by hand for visual wobble check. Vigorously shake the rotor to check the bearings. Pull the brake calipers and see if one of the cylinder puck seals is pinched and binding the puck. And then there is the very much off chance that your brake lines have collapsed taping the fluid in the caliper. When I replaced my front and rear brake lines they had less inside diameter than a normal round toothpick (20 years old), the new lines had a full 1/8" diameter on the hose ID.
