Subject: Broken wires

Volks,

My battery has drained after about 2 weeks from a full charge. The van hasn't even been driven during that time. In an effort to find the problem I removed the drivers seat to inspect a small toggle switch coming out of the hidden compartment under the seat and this (http://www.spurgin.net/images/van/relay.jpg) is what I found.

I'm not even sure if the toggle switch is factory or not so I included a thumbnail of it in the pic above. My question is how are these wires supposed to hook up? Hopefully you can see in the picture that the small green wire is not attached to anything. My guess is that it is supposed to attach into the fuse right next to the red wire it is with. If this is the case then where does the larger white wire go? It obviously was attached to something at one time but there are no other wires anywhere to be found.

TIA group,
