Just a thought: A possibly is that your expansion valve is plugged with some garbage, preventing the AC unit from functioning properly. Now for an easy fix,you can disconnect the hoses from the compressor, and pour some alcohol into first the low pressure side, and blw it through the system till you see it coming out the high pressure hose. Then reverse the procedure, and pour the alcohol ito the high pressure side and blow it back throught the low. You will be suprised at how much garbage comes out of the hoses.\, and don't worry the alcohol will suck up any moisture in the system. Hook the hoses back up, evac the system, for about an hour, recharge, and I'll bet youhave some cold air blowing. Bob Stevens '91 Westy http://groups.msn.com/BobsPhotoShare
