My engine seemed to seize all the sudden when driving with no advanced warning. This after a prolonged fuel system problem. When calling around to find another engine, the mechanic mentioned the ECM and AFM cause the fuel injectors to dump excessive amounts of fuel to giving the cylinders no place to go. After cranking the engine without plugs the problem seemed to lie with the above. One problem though. Why was there fuel at the throttle body? Answer, fuel pressure regulator. Another problem solved. |
