I ordered the same part for my 91 last year, just be sure to include your
VIN.  They sent me the proper part, and it is GenVW.  It has the plastic
screw-on cap with hook up to the fill-tank.  Be sure to order a new o-ring
for the coolant lever sensor as well, it is not included and it is needed to
complete the repair.
