Make sure panel switch is on... <g> See if water pump works -- if not you probably have lost +12v on that circuit. Check fuse...

If pump works, you have +12 right to the panel plug. Has panel come unplugged? Pull it and see. It's not static-sensitive, you can handle it freely. Check that it has ground.

It's not likely to lose both sides of the panel at once, so probably the difficulty is elsewhere -- unless the switch fails. Jumper across it to test.
