Boy Howdy! Nine pages of checklists, small font to boot. Excellent work. Here's my 2¢ worth not noticed on the list:

1>The coolant temp needle can speak volumes. Drive the van at 65mph with A/C for thirty minutes then pull over and leave the engine running. Does the Temp needle stay close to the LED? Does the reservoir stay 100% air free? Does the radiator fan cycle? 2>Is the overflow tank bone dry? A sure sign of poor maintenance. 3>Look at the rubber boots on the front Upper ball joints. Are they torn? 4>Reinforced sidewall tires? 5>Is the rear heater leaking? 6>Does the front heater fan work i.e. w/o squeaks? The switch is prone to melt downs. 7>Does the antenna retract flush with the body? 8>Do the rear hatch struts hold up?

..all I could come up with on short notice....
