So my new STEBRO STAINLESS muffler cost me only $41 more and I got a lifetime warrantee as well :-) http://members.aol.com/Fkc43/stebro.htm BD Muffler @$109 + 2 carriers @$110 + 2 straps @$25 + 1 tail pipe @$15 = $259 STEBRO SS Muffler (including tail pipe and carrier and no straps needed) = $300
