I don't know how the relay positions are labeled, or where but the only relays on the back of the fuse block are one to the far left, labeled 21, that's a three pin. And two to the far right, both 5 pin, and one about twice the size of the replacement relay, the other two and a half times as large.

Don't see any others on the back of the fuse block but the position two places to the right of the far left is partially melted so the relay might have been relocated.
