Nope, something is activating the X-relay when it shouldn't be. Unplug it and you should find that your blower, wipers, rear defrost don't work.

The 30 and 87 leads should be always-live and load, respectively. The 85 and 86 should be X-contact of the ign switch, and ground. It doesn't really matter if either pair are switched around.

I think you're going to find that either 85 or 86 is always live, as well as 30 or 87...the relay coil doesn't draw vast amounts of juice, could probably sit quite a while with it activated.
