I don't know...that's a good question. If there is, I'd expect them to do more than just pump my gas. At least clean the windshield. That's one thing that bugged me about Oregon -- they really didn't want you to get out of the car, but normally gas stations are where I get the bugs off my windshield, and the attendants weren't always interested in cleaning it.
