UK perspective - unheard of here these days, labours just tooooooooo expensivo, out of da question.. Last time I had a pump attendant fill was on holiday in Tenerife, I'd got the nozzle in the tank before he nearly bit my hand off - Ooops, what's Spanish for '...Sorree, force of habit'
