403B is the correct tank for an 87.

Hello All: I sent this question to Ron at BD yesterday, but he's probably busy and hasn't had time to respond. But I need an answer BEFORE I send in an order this week, so I'll ask the listmembers also.

Here is the problem. I need to order a new expansion tank for my '87 Westy. The picture/text on page 23 of the Bus Depot catalog says I need coolant expansion tank 86-91 part number 025 121 403B (Picture number 9 shows this to be a squarish tank with a regular (like American style,) cap on it.

However, my '87 UNDOUBTABLY has the expansion tank listed as coolant expansion tank 83-85, part number 025 121 403A, (picture number 8) It is sort of roundish/ovalish with a black cap that has a small hose going to the recovery tank. Also, the bracket (with two screws holding the tank on,) looks original and made for the tank.

So my question is...is it possible the pictures in the catalog are reversed? I suppose it is possible the PO switched to an older style tank, but it doesn't seem likely based on the hoses/brackets/cap, which all seem original (as does the tank itself.)

Anyway, thanks for any insight! I don't want to order the wrong thing and then have to send it back.
