Reminds me of asking for a full tank in Mexico. *Very* few self serve stations in Mexico, especially away from the larger towns and tourist spots. Pay for 63 litres, last 3 of which are invariably blown back onto the ground. I guess they figure you want visual evidence the tank is indeed full. Ask for a full tank, get a *very* full tank.
