yea, this is a common problem...when youre sitting in the drivers seat and cranking it closed a million times with your right hand over your head and your knuckles are banging against the overhead front a/c (mine has a/c AND a sunroof) and the blood is rapidly draining out of your right arm, most people dont realise that when it seems like it is closed, it might not be..it takes that one last turn to bring it up to the level flush w/ the rest of the roof.. i usually stand on the tire and check to make sure its flush.. dont over tweak it tho - you'll hyperextend and pop your cables and then youre screwed big time as the cables are NLA... chris '84 wolfy sunroof van (new seal - no leaks!) with carat bodykit and interior
