I replaced my broken/cracked POS headlight adjusters with some long screws i got at the local hardware store. I made them adjustable by tightening 2 nuts against eachother on either side of where the threaded plastic piece used to be. Works great and i know its a hell of lot more durable than the cheap plastic that is used all over my Vanagon! Pmail for more info if you need it.
