This has to be a scam. Yeah, you can electrolyse water to get hydrogen and oxygen, and you can run an engine on that, no problem. The problem is you have to put in at least as much energy to do the electrolysis as you get back when you burn it, because when you burn it, the end product is...WATER. _ _ __ _ _ _| | | | David M.
