Hi 'yall,

1) Okay...does anyone know where I can post pictures of these things so anyone/everyone can look at them? So far about 9 of you have responded and I've sent pics to all but that's a lot of work...it would be a lot easier if we had somewhere to post pics like the diesel list. 2) Got the molds back from the moldmaker today. Way cool ... of course I'm somewhat biased on this point seeing as I have about 100 hours involved in getting the project to this point. I'll be making the first scoops for myself any day. 3) I know they work. When I had an earlier prototype on the van last summer it dropped the temperature of the oil coming out of the aftermarket oil cooler 10-15 degrees cruising down the highway at 70 mph. That's pretty good in an intercooled 1.9 turbo-diesel van where the oil typically runs about 220 at that speed when ambient air temperature is 80-90 and turbo boost is about 8 lbs. I'll be interested to see what the scoop pulling air through the intercooler does. Mark Thoma
