Try this again...Today's traveling was again uneventful. We crossed Appalachians via I-64, to I-81 to I-66. Total mileage was about 3050 miles. 18mpg. No real problems other than the sticky throttle (a quick inspection didn't reveal any physical obstructions on the cable...)

Tomorrow it is time for a quick trip to the auto parts store and then back on the road again to rescue my other syncro (stuck at my WV place with a busted heater line).

So for those who think waterboxers are unreliable...this syncro I just bought has 224,000 miles on its original engine.
