       Bill, you will need to rebuild the pump.  Order a rebuild kit from the 
company who sold or manufactured the jack.  The kit will contain a bunch of 
seals and 0-rings.  Take the jack apart and keep track of how it comes apart 
and put it back after cleaning well and installing the parts in the kit.  You 
should have a parts diagram from when you bought the jack.  If not get one 
from the seller or manufacturer.  Not complicated but finicky.
