The fridge has been plugged in since I received an email from Matthew
Pollard. I just walked over to it. The thing stinks like the smell your
furnace in your house makes the first time you turn it on in the winter.
I'm sure this smell will go away with some use and cleaning. But I opened
the fridge and found the aluminum almost to cold to touch!
Thanks for all the advice.
Ryan

I thought mine was broken as well. No sound, no vibration, no nothing.
Leave it plugged in for about an hour and you should notice it getting
colder
inside. Plugged in to 110VAC it will eventually make ice. On 12V it will
keep stuff inside much cooler than the ambient temp for quite a while. If
it
does start making noises you have a problem as there are no moving parts.
