I picked up a replacement antenna the other day and decided to take a few minutes and install it. Well a half hour later the grill and left headlight are removed, I got the old antenna out but haven't been able to find where it attaches to the radio. I have an old tape player that says Volkswagen on the front. I can trace the wire to the radio and then it goes underneath and thats as far as my hand will go. How do I get the stock radio loose? It appears to be bolted to the triangular bracket behind it, but all I can find is a rubber nut on the back that won't turn. Any and all suggestions are welcome, I'd like to have the antenna in before it starts raining :) Nathan 85 Westy
