Ken, They should all be loosened by the mechanic, and then torqued to spec`s. JC Please folks if you are going to have your wheels put on at the "zippy quick tire factory outlet" be sure that before you leave you try to loosen one of the lugnuts/bolts with your normal tire tool. If you can't break it loose then get them to break them all loose with the air gun and retighten by hand. I just spent a couple hours cutting 5 lug nuts off of my '85 Westy with a hammer and chisel because some air gun jockey wanted to be extra sure that they didn't come off. These were the worst I have ever seen. 6 foot long pipe extension and the nuts wouldn't budge only strip. :( Thanks, Ken Wilford John 3:16 |
