This is inconsistent with next statement...if it's really true then you may
have a bad fuel pump relay. Jumper from pin 30 to 87 of that relay -- pump
should run continuously regardless of key position. If it doesn't, check
voltage at pump -- should see 12v on one terminal and ground on the other.

Sounds like bad 15 contact on ignition switch. When you turn the key to
crank the 15 contact moves to another area of the switch, so it might well
be making contact there and not in the regular position.

Right here -- you must have +12v at coil and at pin 86 of Digifant relay
when the key is on. If not then you have an open circuit coming from the
coil or the ign switch, or bad ign switch. If you don't have 12v here then
nothing will work.

Yes, should be 12v with key on.

That wire supplies the crankcase vent heater -- little heater in the tube
btw the oil tower and the intake boot. It's the heater that's grounded at
current track 15. The number is a coincidence.

Use a jumper of some sort to supply power to the 15 circuit at the ign
switch or at the fuse panel or at the coil. I bet it starts.
