Hello All: In an attemptr to rid my 1990 Carat of the obnoxiuos "rear-heater coolant smell" last year I bought a used rear heater unit off ebay and had it installed. (assured it was good by the seller...of course!) At that time I noticed coolant had been seeping under the padding under the carpet. I just discovered my "new" rear heater unit appears to be doing the same thing. Is this typical of these and does anyone know what it is that leaks and is there a fix for it? Also...Is it necessary to remove the backseat to get that damn plastic cover off the the rear heater unit....if so...how do you remove the seat???. Quick replies appreciated as I've got her all torn up. Cheers! kevindobrien@yahoo.com __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
