Yup, a straight pin punch of exactly the right diameter (clearance in the roll-pin's hole), dolly the locking mechanism onto something really sold with some stiff timber shapes either side or alongside the hole (get someone to help hold it dead flat) hold the punch dead steady and central and strike it quite firmly to break its grip in the hole (surface corrosion usually).
