I have confirmed two black wires at input to coil...2 green out. Coil passes ohm checks out of circuit (3.5kohm secondary, <1ohm prim.) Mark Drillock's info on the junction (black box) is good.. will check tomorrow. Also, Alternator has been weak for some time... checking that as well... and praying. One question keeps eating at me... why does the starter kept cranking after key is off???? Scott De Santi Anchorage, Alaska 86 Vanagon 2WD (Wobbly Bus) 98 New Beetle 2.0 (2Gruvy)
