Bob, I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one. I've had my mudflaps from the Bus Depot on my '87 Westy for close to four years now. Installed with all the original clips that they came with. I too thought they were Mickey Mouse when I first saw them. I however opted to try it out before complaining and changing the plan. They have been holding on the fender lips since day one through four years of all kinds of four season driving condition it the Great White North. Only time they were off was last winter when I had the Westy repainted. The clips were all removed and reinstalled the same as before and I sandblasted each clip and repainted each one with black rust paint. Just my personal experience !
